Me? You? Us?

I know the title sound a bit stupid... haha...but i kind of dunno what should i titled this entry.

Is it that difficult for 2 persons to be together? Well, i do not know how to answer that question. It's not difficult and it's not easy too. Alot of compromising, understanding and love. A R Bernard's message on God worked through patterns came at the right moment i think. He shared slightly on relationship for his "introduction". we have to move from step to step, level to level. There's no way we can actually skip and disrupt the pattern as it brings death to the relationship.

We got to move from:
1. Introduction
2. Acquaintance
3. Friendship
4. Intimacy

Not all relationship ends up to the level of intimacy and it takes lots of effort and a certain level of bonding and understand before one can reach that level. His sermon brings me to remember my very good friend. He juz "ended" his r/s with a girl, which almost all of us thought that they are the perfect match. But when he mentioned that they have ended, i was very shocked. I wonder why? he said because they are incompatible and have been quarrelling alot, which brings them to think over the r/s seriously. I felt sad for this friend of mine. To me, he's like the kind of dream guy many girls will fall for... but also to say he has his shortcomings as well. No matter what, i believe that 1 day he will have the girl send from above to be his soulmate.

No one is perfect... and to make a r/s work, we have to work hard at it. Alot depends on us, ourselves, not on others. When things happen, i guess instead of focusing on yr partner we should change the viewpoint to be on ourselves --- me. Sometimes the issue lies in ourselves, our expectations, our ideal. But we need to be in reality and face reality.
