A refreshing weekend

For the past few days (starting on fri), went shopping with ah dine. my dear friend whom i always lean on in times of shopping. haha. well, was feeling rather upset on friday and i seriously thought i needed some time to unwind myself. thank God that i have my good friend whom i know i can always find to "vent" out my unhappiness. of coz she doesn't know that i was feeling upset, she juz takes it that it's my upcoming birthday and i was finding excuses to spend money. haha. but i am juz glad to acknowledge her willingness to always make time for me as a friend and to spend time no matter what. it's been a long long time since both of us went shopping, by that i mean juz the both of us without our beloved other half. we spent or rather i spent a huge amount of money over juz 3 items! it's a huge amt of $88! I think my darling fainted when he heard that from ah dine's mouth the next day. and my good friend onli spent $40!!! what is this?? I tot i am the one who always go for cheaper and good buys? oh well, i juz find excuse to console myself and say that it's my birthday. well, won't go into details on our sat outing as well. if you want to know, read ah dine's blog ba.

dede came over to my place and stayed on sat as i was home alone. knowing that i have gone thru disappointments and disappointments, he prob felt that i need his love to recover. haha. but of coz dede has been the sweetest person around my life, even though i always complain to say he isn't. well i confess, he is the sweetest person. we had a good time talking to each other and it juz feels so much like our days back in brisbane. where every night, we will share with each other what's going on in our lives and how we felt and how we should handle. of coz also seeking encouragement and comfort from each other. sun, becoz we as usual nua until we are almost late or rather late for service. late as in can't take bus anymore. haiz waste money again lor, take cab. I got to say that the cab fares have indeed rise a lot! it cost us $14 to reach expo where last time it only cost me ard $12... shall really stop taking cab from now on.

the whole weekend although a bit tiring, but it is also refreshing. truly enjoy the quality time that i spent with dede. hope dede felt the same as well.

tonight going for dinner at Sun with Moon Dining at wheelock place with the aussie kakis... looking forward to it. Colleague J said it's good... also heard lots of good comments. Well, hope it's a good time of fellowship as well. :)
