Customer Service
Where is all the customer service skills gone these days? Juz encountered a 3 phone calls from the XXX company which caterer ater for bbq. 1st call = confirmed order and trying to sort out delivery time, can't compromise as both sides keep saying "very hard, it's a little bit hard". 2nd call = another person called instead. Repeated exactly the same stuff as before, and most ultimate thing happened. She hung up the phone on me! Great! This gives me a chance to "drown" them... this time i called them. "Drown" them and demanded for the boss to call me back. 3rd call = same girl who hung up on me. (I was very ultimate pissed by now) Told her I dun want to waste time talking to them except the boss. well, anyway i still give her a chance to explain her earlier "behaviour" and she sounded like she's going to cry. oh please... am i being extremely mean??? I am juz trying to cooperate and come to a compromise timing and all i get from them was no solutions or suggestions only "it's very hard, it's a little hard..." so how? also hard from me! In the end, we gotten a compromise timing and i juz need to arrange something on my side. She ended off with "I am sorry but if you still want to complain to my boss or anything, you can do so. thank you very much and we value your business." I want to faint man! Right now I am juz thinking why i still bother to confirm the order? Should have juz go to the other caterer. Feeling stupid now...
