With reponse to the BBQ arguement, i didnt expect the customer service to be that bad.. afterall its wasnt too much a last minute decision and order right.. its weird how people in this line work.. some are good customer agents (.. we value your time with us..) and others jus feel like slapping em.. (right bebe?) haha.. we really cannot compare with other country's customer service can we? afterall its the culture that makes the whole lot of difference. I remembered waiting over 40mins operater-voiced during my stay in Oz.. the coy was either optus or telstra. So the next voice u hear over the phone matters...

We had a pretty good time fellowshpping over Izaeel's and Sandy birthday at Melville place. its a pretty good time together.. we do exist as a "cell-gp" called Brisbane supp gp still back in sg.. truly from the youngest to the oldest.. united as one force.. haha.. thats the funny izaeel who drove thru-out the holis with her parents out of town.. typical singaporean driver like who baby would mention and our dear Mr Yee.. cmon lets join hands and pray for the car.. quite bad.. Given me to drive, I would have scratched, kissed or crashed... Now that everybody seems to be driving someway or another... I better buck up.. PDL expiring.

well its back to work on wed (25/10). more things to plan, stress and sleep more since bs and cg is not on this week. quite sianz also.. I think shall end here... blog again next time..
